    How to use studio lights? From any direction? Using what equipment? Thank you.

      Food photography is both interesting and challenging. Lighting for food is typically introduced from the rear. I tend to use a big light source such as a softbox. Reflectors kick light back into selected areas of the composition. Strobes are the preferred choice for commercial work (instead of camera-mounted flash units).
